Privacy Policy & Terms of Use

1. Who is responsible

This policy describes how VoidPulse processes personal information. The responsible developer is Nexx Games, based in Romania. Contact: nexx.whispertrail@gmail.com.

2. Information processed

Account: you can authenticate using Google Sign-In or a verified email address and password through Firebase Authentication. These services process your account identity, email address, relevant profile information and Firebase account identifier. Email registration and recovery use verification and password-reset messages. Email/password credentials are processed by Firebase Authentication; we do not receive your Google password.

Game data: we store your pilot name, scores, waves reached, campaign progress, ships, equipment, upgrades, achievements, gameplay statistics, coins, diamonds, VIP points, reward claims, timed benefits, purchase entitlements, account restrictions and timestamps. These are stored on your device and synchronized with Cloud Firestore. Local recovery copies may be retained when changing accounts or migrating older saves; they are kept in the app's private storage and are not assigned to another account.

Purchases: Google Play handles payment details. The game processes product IDs, purchase tokens, signed purchase information, transaction status and purchase time. Hashed purchase-token records are stored to help prevent duplicate rewards and may be included in cloud saves. We do not receive your full payment-card or bank details.

Optional analytics: Firebase Analytics can process app interactions, app-instance identifiers and device/app information to help us understand usage and improve the game. Collection is off by default in this version and can be enabled or disabled in Settings under Usage analytics. Advertising-ID collection and advertising personalization through Firebase Analytics are disabled. Analytics information is not necessarily anonymous.

Advertising: Google Mobile Ads/AdMob may process advertising identifiers, device/app information, IP addresses, approximate location inferred from network information, diagnostics and advertising performance to deliver and measure ads and help detect invalid activity. Google's User Messaging Platform checks applicable advertising privacy requirements and presents configured consent messages when required. Ad requests are gated by that SDK's permission status. Actual ad availability and message presentation also depend on the publisher's AdMob configuration. Ad-free purchases do not by themselves change your separate Usage analytics preference.

Support: if you email us, we process your message, contact details and any information you choose to send. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process account and game data to provide sign-in, cloud saves, gameplay, leaderboards and purchased benefits. Where applicable, this is necessary to perform our agreement with you. We process proportionate security and support information for our legitimate interests in maintaining the service and preventing abuse, subject to your rights. We process records required by law to meet legal obligations.

Advertising and analytics may require consent under applicable law, including consent for device storage or access. Acceptance of the Terms or acknowledgment of this policy is not advertising or analytics consent. Where consent is the legal basis, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

4. Leaderboards and sharing

Your pilot name, score, wave reached and rank may be visible to other players. Leaderboard records also contain an account identifier and score timestamp accessible to authenticated game clients. Avoid putting your real name or sensitive information in your pilot name.

We use Google/Firebase for authentication, cloud storage, analytics, advertising and billing. Information is shared with these providers as needed for those services. Google may act as a processor or independently determine some processing, depending on the service. We may also disclose information when legally required or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats or legal claims.

5. Storage, transfers and security

Game data is stored locally and in Google-hosted services. Processing may occur outside your country. Applicable transfer safeguards depend on the service and destination; Google describes these in its privacy and data-processing terms. Contact us for information about relevant safeguards.

The app uses authenticated service access and encrypted network transport. This does not mean that cloud saves are end-to-end encrypted. No app, network or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

6. Retention

Account and progress data are retained to maintain your account and cloud saves until deletion is requested or they are no longer needed for those purposes. There is currently no automatic deletion after a fixed period of inactivity.

Support, transaction and security records are retained only as necessary for the request, applicable recordkeeping obligations, fraud prevention or legal claims. The applicable duration depends on those purposes and requirements. Google service logs, analytics data and backup copies follow the retention settings and terms of the relevant service. Retained exceptions must be limited to their stated purpose.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent where applicable. Contact the privacy email above; we may request proportionate information to verify your identity. We respond within the deadlines required by applicable law and explain any lawful exception or extension.

You can change your pilot name in the game. Settings provides a Usage analytics switch, which is off by default. Where Google's privacy messaging requires an advertising privacy entry point, Settings also provides Advertising privacy so you can review or change those choices. You may additionally use applicable advertising controls in Android or your Google account. Device controls and consent withdrawal do not delete your VoidPulse account or stop processing necessary for authentication, cloud saves, purchases, security or legal obligations.

You may complain to your competent data-protection authority, including the authority in your country of residence where applicable. In Romania, the supervisory authority is the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP): https://www.dataprotection.ro/.

8. Account and data deletion

Account deletion is handled manually on request by email; there is no automatic self-service deletion feature. Email nexx.whispertrail@gmail.com with the subject ‘VoidPulse account deletion’, preferably from the email address linked to your Google or email/password game account, and provide your pilot name. We may verify ownership before acting and ask only for information reasonably necessary for verification. Never send passwords or full payment details. Sending a request does not itself instantly delete data.

A verified request covers the VoidPulse authentication account, cloud save, linked leaderboard entry and associated account data, except limited records that must lawfully be retained. We will explain applicable exceptions and the expected completion time. Deleting VoidPulse data does not delete your Google account or Google Play’s independently retained transaction records and does not automatically request a refund.

Uninstalling the game or clearing its local storage is not a cloud-account deletion request. After deletion is confirmed, clear local app data on your devices before signing in again to avoid restoring old local progress. Request deletion of specific data through the same contact if you do not want your whole account deleted.

9. Children and eligibility

VoidPulse is intended for people aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. You must be at least 13 to use the game. This intended audience is separate from the regional content rating assigned through Google Play. Being 13 or older does not automatically mean you can independently consent to all data processing or enter into a contract. Where applicable law requires parent or guardian authorization, that authorization is also required. If you believe a child under 13, or another minor without required authorization, has provided personal data, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion where required.

11. Changes

We will update this policy when relevant practices change and revise the date. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate in-app notice or other suitable channel. Where new consent is required, a policy update or continued use alone will not replace that consent.

1. Agreement and operator

These Terms apply to VoidPulse, provided by Nexx Games, Romania. Contact: nexx.whispertrail@gmail.com. Selecting ‘Agree & Continue’ accepts these Terms and acknowledges the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the game. This acknowledgment is not consent to optional advertising or analytics processing.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use VoidPulse. If you cannot lawfully enter this agreement independently, a parent or guardian must authorize your use as required by applicable law. Parental permission does not remove the minimum age of 13. Purchases and consent-based data processing may require additional authorization under applicable law. A supported Google account or verified email/password game account, and an internet connection, are required. Protect your credentials; do not sell accounts or impersonate others.

3. License, content and fair play

You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the game for entertainment, subject to these Terms and applicable law. The developer and applicable licensors retain rights in game materials to the extent protected by law. Third-party licenses and rights remain applicable.

Do not manipulate scores, purchases, currencies or network requests; exploit bugs; use unauthorized automation or cheats; interfere with services; or use abusive, unlawful or impersonating pilot names. Restrictions on copying, modification or reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by law and applicable third-party licenses. Report suspected vulnerabilities privately without accessing other users’ data or disrupting the service.

4. Coins, diamonds and VIP

Coins and diamonds are virtual game currencies used for eligible ships, equipment, upgrades and other displayed benefits. Coins can be earned in play or obtained in eligible purchases. Diamonds are currently obtained through paid diamond packs or bundles, rather than normal gameplay drops. These items are not money, cannot be cashed out, and may not be traded outside the game.

Eligible real-money purchases grant the VIP points shown in the shop. Discounted and regular versions of the same pack grant the same VIP reward. Spending coins or diamonds does not itself grant additional VIP points. Purchase limits, unlock conditions and available uses are shown in the game.

5. Purchases and limited offers

Payments are processed by Google Play. Confirm the product, included benefits and final localized price in Google Play’s checkout before approving payment. The current catalog uses one-time purchases, not automatically renewing subscriptions. Timed benefits end after the stated duration; ‘permanent’ benefits have no scheduled expiry while the game and relevant account remain available, subject to mandatory consumer rights.

Offers can recur. Daily and weekly labels describe their schedules, not a promise that an offer will never return. The game displays the current time remaining, and scheduled offer windows use UTC. Regular and discounted versions share applicable ownership and purchase limits. A valid pending purchase can be fulfilled after an offer has ended once Google Play confirms payment.

Coins or diamonds credited by a purchase may be spent. Restoring ownership does not grant already-delivered consumable rewards again. Keep the same Google Play billing account and the same VoidPulse sign-in account for restoration, whether that game account uses Google or email/password, and contact support if an entitlement is missing.

6. Refunds and consumer rights

Refunds and remedies are governed by applicable consumer law and Google Play’s policies. Nothing in these Terms makes purchases universally non-refundable, waives mandatory rights or treats acknowledgment of these Terms as a separate waiver of any withdrawal right.

For an unauthorized, duplicated, defective or undelivered purchase, use Google Play’s refund/support process or contact us with the relevant order reference. Do not send full card details. Invalidated or refunded purchases may result in adjustment of the related entitlements, subject to law and appropriate review. Account deletion is separate from requesting a refund.

7. Ads, privacy and external services

The game may display advertising outside active combat and the tutorial. Ad-removal purchases apply to the formats and periods described in the product. Removing ads does not by itself disable authentication, cloud saving or analytics. Google and other linked services have their own applicable terms and privacy information.

8. Updates, availability and saved progress

We may make reasonable changes for balancing, maintenance, security, compatibility or legal compliance. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free cloud synchronization. We will respect mandatory consumer rights concerning paid features, updates, substantial changes or service discontinuation. Keep the app updated and contact support about missing progress or purchases.

9. Player wellbeing

The game contains rapid movement, flashing effects and sound. Take breaks and stop playing if you feel unwell. People sensitive to flashing lights should consider whether the game is suitable for them. This notice does not exclude any duty or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Suspension and ending use

We may proportionately restrict access where reasonably necessary to address material breaches, fraud, security threats or legal obligations. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and allow a review through support, unless law or security needs prevent disclosure. Mandatory rights concerning paid content remain unaffected.

You may stop using the game and request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. Closing your account may make progress and account-linked items unavailable; it does not itself cancel a Google Play transaction or initiate a refund.

11. Legal protections and disputes

To the extent permitted by law, the game is provided on an ‘as available’ basis without additional promises beyond those expressly made. Nothing excludes mandatory warranties or remedies, or liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, negligence causing death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Please contact support first so we can try to resolve a dispute. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or deprive consumers of the courts and protections available under applicable law. Nexx Games is based in Romania. Any applicable choice of Romanian law must not deprive consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence.

12. Changes to these Terms

We will date revisions and provide appropriate notice of material changes. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued consumer rights. Where renewed agreement is required, the revised Terms will be presented before continued use.
